A fantastic sweet snack that can be put together in minutes, the Peanut Butter and Matzo Tower is something that kids and adults alike will love – and is also a relatively healthy dessert option!


  • Traditional Matzo Crackers
  • 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of fresh blueberries
  • 3-4 raspberries
  • 2-3 strawberries


Spread peanut generously across the first Traditional Matzo Cracker. Carefully slice half of the banana and strawberries and lay them out evenly on top of the peanut butter, tossing a few raspberries and blueberries on top.

Lay a second Matzo on top and add another layer of peanut butter and fruit, then put the third Matzo on the top before serving.
