Do you know what the UK’s fastest growing export is? No, sadly it isn’t crackers. It’s motor vehicles. But we’re hot on their (w)heels, and our international adventures are quite literally motoring.
Earlier in 2017, we travelled to the Dubai World Trade Centre for Gulfood – the world’s biggest annual food and hospitality show. With 5,000 exhibitors from 120 countries across eight food sectors – there were more than a few potential pairings for our Matzo crackers.
