This year Rakusen’s returned to the Great Yorkshire Show as it stepped into its 159th year.
It was held on Tuesday 11 – Thursday 13 July 2017 at the Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Organisers say the show attracted 133,542 visitors over the three days including a record second day which saw over 20,000 cars fill the car parks.
The days were packed with impressive showjumping, livestock competitions and even a marriage proposal! It filled us with so much pride seeing the best of the region coming together and showing off their talents and produce.
Over at our stall we had a bustling influx of visitors that couldn’t keep their hands off our Yorkshire produce. There was no surprise that that our “Yorkshire Cracker” and classic traditional Matzos were first to fly off the stand; we had to run back to the factory to get more!
Our strawberry and cream cheese topped Snackers, Gluten Free crackers and Bonns & Co. range caused quite a stir too! So many people commented on the variety of our product range and simply adored the toppings we provided!
We had such a wonderful couple of days meeting such enthusiastic people and we can’t wait to return next year!
