At Rakusen’s, we’re incredibly proud of our regional heritage. Since 1900, when we began producing our delicious, healthy water crackers to an original flame-baked recipe, we’ve been at the heart of Yorkshire and its food community.
Initially founded by Lloyd Rakusen in Leeds, we started out producing kosher foods for the Jewish community, but have expanded our lines to include products that are great for those living a vegan, vegetarian or gluten free lifestyle. As such, we love celebrating our history, locality and love of great food with those who have the same passions.
One such organisation we’re proud to be associated with is deliciouslyorkshire, a place for food lovers everywhere which celebrates the very best in regional produce from the county.
