For a fantastic dessert nothing beats a traditional kugel. Made with our Traditional Matzos along with the comforting blend of apple and cinnamon, this dessert will give you the perfect home cooked pick-me-up.

Break the Matzos into smaller pieces, then place them in a bowl of water to soak until soft. Drain using a colander and mash out the water.

In a separate bowl mix the eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon and oil. Once well mixed, add in the Matzos and continue to mix. Chop the apples finely and stir into the mixture along with the raisins.

Spread over a greased baking tray evenly and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for roughly 40 minutes and the mixture has turned a golden colour.
